CANCELLATION POLICY:At Dyer & Posta Salon, we understand that sometimes adjustments to appointments are necessary; therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours cancellation notice.

LATE POLICY:
We will make every effort to accommodate late clients, however after 15 minutes the appointment may need to be canceled or rescheduled to ensure our stylists are on time for their next client.

NO SHOW POLICY:
After the second no show, there will be a charge for 25% of your total services included on your next appointment from the day the appointment was missed.

We understand that some situations are unavoidable, we will consider each on individually.

We provide a confirmation call 24 hours in advance because we understand how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
